Who we are

Beckon is an independent online retailer selling dog walking and safety gear. We work with manufacturing partners who produce our products and ship them directly to you.

About visibility products

Reflective and high-visibility gear is designed to make your dog easier to see in low light. It improves visibility. It does not guarantee that a driver will see your dog, and it is not a substitute for a leash, for supervision, or for your own judgment about where and when it is safe to walk. Our products are pet accessories, not certified safety equipment, and they are not tested or rated to any road-safety standard. Always keep your dog leashed near traffic.

Product information

We describe our products as accurately as we can, including what they do not do. Measurements, materials and images may change as products are updated. If a listing is wrong, we will correct it, and if you already ordered we will refund or replace at your choice.

Sizing

Dog sizing varies enormously by breed and build. Our size guide is based on chest measurement, not breed or weight. Please measure your dog. If the size is wrong when it arrives, see our refund policy.

Orders and pricing

All prices are in US dollars. We may cancel any order, for example if a product is unavailable or a price was listed in error, and we will refund you in full if we do. Placing an order is an offer to buy; the sale is complete when the order ships.

Reviews and content you submit

If you send us a review, photo or comment, you give us permission to use it on this site and in our marketing. Do not submit anything you do not have the right to share. We may edit for length or remove content, but we will not change the substance of a review.

Your conduct

Keep your account details accurate. Do not use this site to do anything illegal, to scrape or copy it, or to interfere with it.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability to you for any claim related to a product or this site is limited to the amount you paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page when you order is the one that applies to that order.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA.
