Shipping

Free on every order. No minimum, no surprise at checkout.

Dispatch: 1 to 2 business days.
Delivery: 7 to 14 business days from dispatch.
Where: United States only, for now.

We want to be straight with you about the timeline, because it is longer than you are used to. Our gear ships from our manufacturing partner overseas rather than a domestic warehouse, which is how a well-made reflective vest costs $24.95 instead of $45. If you need something in two days, we are not the right choice for that order.

Tracking

Every order ships with tracking, emailed to you as soon as it leaves. Tracking commonly shows nothing for the first few days after the number is issued. That is normal and does not mean anything has gone wrong. Full detail is on our tracking page.

Returns

You have 30 days from the day your order arrives.

If the fit is wrong. The most common reason for a return on dog apparel, and we do not make it difficult. Email us within 30 days and we will send the right size or refund you. For a size swap we do not ask for the original back, because return shipping costs more than the vest does. Keep it, pass it to a friend with a smaller dog, or donate it to a shelter.

If it is damaged or not as described. Email us within 30 days with a photo. Replacement or refund, your choice, and nothing to send back.

If you changed your mind. Return it unused within 30 days for a full refund. Email us first for the return address.

Refunds are issued within 2 business days of being agreed. Your bank may take another 5 to 10 business days to show it.

Getting hold of us

Reply to your order confirmation email or use the contact page. A person answers within one business day. If something has gone wrong with your order, we would rather sort it out than argue about it.
