Before you write
Where is my order? Dispatch takes 1–2 business days and delivery 7–14 after that. Tracking often shows nothing for the first several days — that's normal. Our tracking page explains what each stage looks like.
The size is wrong. Tell us the size you ordered and your dog's chest measurement and we'll send the right one or refund you — no need to send the first one back.
It arrived damaged. Send a photo and we'll replace or refund it, your choice.
