United States only, for now.

What it costs

Shipping is free on every order. No minimum, no surprise at checkout.

How long it takes

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Delivery typically takes 7 to 14 business days from dispatch.

We want to be straight with you about that, because it is longer than you are used to. Our gear ships from our manufacturing partner overseas rather than a domestic warehouse, which is how a well-made reflective vest costs $24.95 instead of $45. If you need something in two days, we are not the right choice for that order, and we would rather tell you here than have you find out from a tracking page.

Tracking

Every order ships with tracking. You will get the number by email as soon as it leaves, usually within 48 hours of ordering. Tracking can take a few days to start updating after it is issued. That is normal and does not mean anything is wrong.

Wrong address

Please check your address at checkout. If a package is returned to us because the address was wrong, we will refund the product price but not the return cost.

Late or missing packages

If your tracking has not updated in 10 days, or your order has not arrived within 21 business days, email us. We will replace it or refund you, your choice. You do not need to send anything back.
