Sizing
How do I know what size to order?
Measure your dog's chest girth — the circumference of the widest part of the chest, just behind the front legs. Use a soft tape and keep it snug rather than tight. Order by that number, not by breed or weight. Two dogs of the same breed can be two sizes apart.
What are the actual measurements?
- S — chest 15.4–17.7 in (39–45 cm) · neck 12.2–14.2 in (31–36 cm) · back 8.3 in (21 cm)
- M — chest 19.7–21.7 in (50–55 cm) · neck 15.8–18.1 in (40–46 cm) · back 10.6 in (27 cm)
- L — chest 26.8–29.9 in (68–76 cm) · neck 18.5–21.7 in (47–55 cm) · back 13.0 in (33 cm)
- XL — chest 31.5–34.7 in (80–88 cm) · neck 20.1–22.4 in (51–57 cm) · back 15.8 in (40 cm)
- 2XL — chest 32.7–36.6 in (83–93 cm) · neck 22.8–25.6 in (58–65 cm) · back 17.7 in (45 cm)
What if my dog is between sizes?
Take the larger one. The vest tightens at the belly, so a slightly roomy fit works fine. A tight one does not.
My dog's chest is between 21.7 and 26.8 inches. Which size?
Size up to Large. There is a real gap between our Medium and Large, and Large with the belly strap tightened is the better outcome.
Will it fit a big dog?
Our largest size fits up to a 36.6 inch (93 cm) chest, which covers most Labradors and Boxers. If your dog is a large shepherd, a big golden, or anything past that, measure before ordering. We would rather lose the sale than send you something that does not fit.
The product
What is the difference between fluorescent and reflective?
They solve different halves of the same problem. Fluorescent fabric is what makes your dog stand out at dusk and in grey overcast light, when there is still ambient light around. Reflective banding does nothing in daylight but returns headlight beams toward their source once it is properly dark. That is why a reflective strip looks dull to you standing next to it and blazes to a driver forty yards back. The vest has both.
Does it work over a harness?
Yes. It is designed to sit on top of whatever your dog already wears, so you do not have to re-fit anything.
How does it fasten?
Hook-and-loop at the neck and belly. No buckles, no legs to thread through, no fighting a dog that already knows the leash is out.
Can I wash it?
Machine wash cold, hang to dry. Do not tumble dry or iron the reflective banding.
Will it keep my dog warm?
No. It is built for visibility, not insulation. In cold weather put it over a coat.
Shipping
How long does delivery take?
Dispatch within 1 to 2 business days, then 7 to 14 business days to arrive. Our gear ships from our manufacturing partner overseas rather than a domestic warehouse.
What does shipping cost?
Nothing. Free on every order, no minimum.
Do I get tracking?
Yes, emailed as soon as the order ships. Tracking often takes a few days to start updating after the number is issued. That is normal.
Do you ship outside the US?
Not yet.
Returns
What if the size is wrong?
Email us within 30 days and we will send the right size or refund you. For a size swap we do not ask for the original back, because return shipping costs more than the vest. Keep it or pass it to a shelter.
What if it arrives damaged?
Send us a photo within 30 days. Replacement or refund, your choice, and nothing to return.
How fast are refunds?
We issue within 2 business days of agreeing one. Your bank may take another 5 to 10 to show it.

Why are there no reviews on this site?
Because we launched this month and nobody has left one yet. We are not going to write our own or borrow somebody else's. When real customers review the vest, their reviews will appear.
